A. Purchasing products at wholesale and selling at retail for a profit,
B. Commissions from supporting and training successful distributors which results in income as a percentage of their sales.
C. Leadership bonuses, which you earn every time you sponsor a new distributor who makes an initial purchase that meets certain volume requirements, which is explained in this section.

The Associate
The Associate position is the entry point where everyone who becomes a distributor for Lyon Legacy International will start. This program provides the opportunity to purchase Lyon Legacy products at wholesale and the tools needed for you to get started as a distributor. To become an Associate, simply fill out the distributor application and purchase the Lyon Legacy International Distributor Success Kit. As an Associate you are eligible to recruit and sponsor other distributors, but will need to advance to Consultant to receive any commissions or bonuses.
You will become a Lyon Legacy International Consultant automatically when you sponsor only one new distributor. Once you have achieved this Consultant level, or any level in our program, you will not go backwards. Once a promotion is achieved, it is never lost, and multiple legs are not required to receive a commission. To sponsor anyone, simply have your recruit fill out a Distributor Application completely, fill in YOUR distributor information and ID number and send this application to Lyon Legacy along with payment for the Distributor Success Kit, their first order costs and shipping charges. To reward you for taking the initiative to make this new distributorship happen, Lyon Legacy will also automatically pay you an additional Sponsor Bonus on your recruits first order. See Sponsor Bonus for details. As a Consultant, you are eligible to receive a 10 percent commission of CV, on your personally sponsored, first level, and 7 percent from the next two levels. You must maintain a Personal Volume (PV) of only $40 Commissionable Volume (CV). This $40 required monthly volume is shown on the Income Compensation Plan Illustration as well.

The Director
You will become a Director, after you have realized a Group Volume of $2,000, in any one calendar month. If you maintain a personal purchases volume of at least $60 CV, you will receive commission on the purchases four levels down, in your down-line.
10 percent on level one and 7 percent on levels two through four. You are never limited in the number of legs that you can start and create, in this, or any level. Participating in the Auto-Ship Program, at this or any level, can greatly increase your monthly income and potential for advancement.
The Executive
You are an Executive, once you have established at least two legs in your down line, that each reach a Group Volume of $1,250 CV, in any one calendar month. Executive is an elite level that signifies you have arrived at the Leadership Levels. At this level you are paid on five levels, and can also now begin to participate in our Leadership Lead Share Program which is described in detail in Section Six of this manual. The (www.mlmlegal.com)Lead Share Program is designed to reward you, after you have proven your ability to support your organization, by rewarding you with lead referrals in your area. If you maintain a personal purchases volume of at least $100 CV, you will receive commissions, five levels down, in your down-line. 10 percent on level one and 7 percent on the rest.
The Senior Executive
When three of the legs of your down-line reach a minimum Group Volume of $2,500 each in one calendar month, you are promoted to Senior Executive.
Sponsor Bonus
For each new distributor that you recruit, who purchases a minimum of $200 (CV) for their first order, you will receive 30 percent of their purchase.
Your first level up-line (your sponsor) will receive 10 percent, and your second up-line will receive 7 percent.
For this new distributor, you are now THEIR first up-line. As a result, when they sponsor someone who meets the bonus requirements, you will receive 10 percent.
As you can see, it is beneficial even at the recruiting level to (www.mlmlegal.com) support and encourage your organization. Sponsor Bonuses will be paid with regular commissions payments.
The Presidential Executive
You have arrived! To reach this level you will have seen and supported, three of the legs of your down-line to reach a Group Volume each, in one month, of $5,000. At this level, you are eligible to receive commissions, seven levels down, in your down-line. As a Presidential Executive you are eligible to participate in the Presidential Executive Generation Bonus Program as you qualify and are promoted to those levels.
